I had the pleasure of working with Patrick and the team at Rare Form Builders on a project for a client. The home was a beautiful, vintage Ralph Haver home in Arcadia. From an Interior Design perspective and having collaborated with many construction teams, my experience with Patrick was outstanding. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident on numerous occasions. Rare Form Builders consistently strives for the highest standards, a commitment shared by everyone in the organization, including subcontractors. They always met and exceeded these standards.

From the beginning, Patrick appreciated the design development and often contributed favorable design ideas to complete the project. As an interior designer, it is refreshing to work with a contractor who values the work that a designer brings to the table and collaborates as a team to bring the project to fruition.

Patrick is not only talented, knowledgeable, fair and honest but he is calm and a problem solver. We call him the Zen Builder. Patrick and his entire team at Rare Form are conscientious and detail oriented. His Project Manager, Dimitris Katsiginis treated our home like it was his own. All the subs Patrick chose were true artisans. Importantly, Patrick and his team easily and seamlessly collaborated with our architect, Troy Vincent of 180 Degrees and our designer, Rachel Simmons and made their visions a reality. By our own choice, our remodel tripled in scope, and Patrick stepped up, still delivered in a timely manner while watching the cost and keeping us informed constantly on timelines and budget. Patrick and Rare Form made what could have been a very stressful experience, an adventure and a joy. 2 years down the road, we’re still in love with and in awe of our home built by Rare Form and Patrick Rogers.

I thank my lucky stars that we found RareForm. They are the best! I have heard so many GC horror stories from friends and colleagues, but to my delight working with RareForm was a really smooth ride. Everything was always communicated in the most calm, clear and transparent fashion. I honestly feel like Patrick and his team were as emotionally invested in the success of our project as we were. The remodel turned out to be a real jewel box, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone looking for a top notch GC. We are getting it professionally photographed next week, so these pics don’t do it justice!

Patrick Rogers at Rare Form Builder was a pure delight to work with! If you are lucky enough to have him and his company build and or remodel your house, know that you will be taken care of as if you are family. He is considerate trustworthy kind and does a first rate job. I love my house, it’s my sanctuary. He and his wife Johnna will be our friends for life.
