Patrick is the son of a professional builder and started working on construction sites at a very early age. Building is in his DNA. He had rigorous training in carpentry and concrete finishing in his early years, which transitioned to site development, supervision and project management as he took over the day to day operation of his father’s business. After his mentor’s retirement, Patrick continued working in the trades while attending college and obtained a bachelor’s degree before starting his own construction business in 1994. His eye for detail, positive attitude and an unwavering pursuit for quality has led to countless successful projects with happy clients.

Seth embodies the core values of our company, demonstrating a positive, can-do attitude in every task. A master problem solver, he approaches challenges with a genuine commitment to doing what’s right, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Known for his solid character and strong work ethic, Seth excels in building lasting personal connections with trade partners and clients. With a wealth of knowledge and skill, he has the expertise to construct virtually anything, consistently delivering excellence in every project.

Jake is an Arizona native raised by a dad who worked as a decorative painter, which gave him an early appreciation for detail, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design—qualities that shape how he approaches building today. He’s driven by challenges, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Outside of work, Jake enjoy’s spending time with his family, running, working out, woodworking, and hanging out with his dog.

Alan’s pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and strong work ethic ensure every project is a success. After earning his Master of Architecture from the University of Kansas’s renowned Studio 804 design-build program, he moved to the Valley in early 2020 and has since worked as a residential project manager. His foundation in architecture and construction best practices allows him to lead projects smoothly and collaboratively. Outside of work, Alan enjoys mountain biking and hiking with friends, exploring new food and beverage spots, and designing custom furniture.

Irwin brings more than nine years of homebuilding industry experience to Rare Form. Born in Chihuahua, Mexico, he developed a strong work ethic at an early age working alongside his father and learned the value of dedication, perseverance, and pride in his work. Known for being dependable and hardworking, Irwin enjoys taking on new challenges and continuing to grow his skills. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching and playing soccer and, most importantly, spending time with his family.

Johnna Kamenchuk wears many hats at Rare Form, where she runs the show as the Controller and Office Manager while also heading up the Et Cetera Division of window coverings. With a talent for keeping the office running smoothly, she ensures everything stays on track. With over 25 years of experience with window coverings, it makes it easy to deliver top-notch window solutions and service for the Et Cetera Division.

Clayton is currently attending NAU in pursuit of a degree in Engineering. During the summers he can be found on Rare Form job sites assisting the Project Managers and learning the trade. Outside of work and school, Clayton spends all his spare time fishing, camping, climbing and traveling to all parts of the globe.
